Royal Villa 1 is a contemporary two-story coral stone residence. It has been meticulously maintained and is very elegant. Royal Villa 1 offers all the amenities for a delightful vacation. It is located within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland golf estate. 

This splendid villa offers a private swimming pool. It enjoys mesmerizing sea views. For added convenience the villa is rented with the benefit of a car. This is a complimentary 7-seater Suzuki Ertiga vehicle.

Your stay at this villa includes housekeeping services. There is also a dedicated villa manager and round-the-clock security.

The property is located at the end of the Royal Villas cul-de-sac. Royal Villa 1 is also referred  to as  ‘Swansway’. It features three en suite bedrooms. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area. This is decorated in a combination of white and tropical decor.

The living space is equipped with modern entertainment amenities. These include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station.

There is a dining table which will accommodate six guests. The modern kitchen is fitted with many useful appliances. There is a microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a stovetop, oven and other essential appliances.

Royal Villa 1 features expansive double doors. These effortlessly connect the living area to a private covered dining terrace. This offers additional seating. The entire upper floor affords panoramic views. The views extend over lush gardens. The views are also over the private swimming pool and the Caribbean sea.

On the ground floor, guests will find the master bedroom. This has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both feature walk-through closets and en suite double vanity bathrooms. The master suite offers a separate tub and shower. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms provide access to the shared pool deck. This leads to the spacious private swimming pool.

The remaining bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a queen-size bed. It includes an en suite bathroom. This has a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Whilst the villa does not have membership at Royal Westmoreland (so activities such as the gym and beach club are not avaialble to guests, they do have complimentary access to the nearby facilities at Sugar Hill Resort i.e. the tennis courts and gym just a short drive away. Additional guests staying at Royal Villa 1 have access to the beach club at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion, (2km away).  Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided and a small beach restaurant and bar is available).

Guests can also enjoy the use if a 7 SEATER SUZUKI ERTAGA (fuel, permit and insurance payable by the guest )
