Cool Wind Villa is a luxuriously appointed 5 bedroom villa in Barbados. It is located within the private, gated community of Westland Heights. This is a short drive from the beautiful beaches on the West Coast.

The villas at Westland Heights are a short drive away from the private beach club at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Guests may access the beach club where sunbeds etc are provided

You enter the stylish interiors of Cool Wind through a breath-taking open-plan reception and dining area. This leads to and overlooks the pool, the gardens and pool bar.

This magnificent rental villa is ideal for entertaining family and friends. There is a pool deck with seating and a bar complete with an ice-machine and draft Banks Beer on tap. There is a BBQ and gazebo for outdoor dining.

For those who like to keep in shape there is a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym. The large private pool of this stylish villa is set within private, landscaped gardens. The gardens feature mature palm trees offering additional shade. Alongside the pool is a shower,  double   vanity   &  WC.

The accommodation consists of a 2 bedroom self-contained suite comprising of one queen and one twin. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. They are separated by a private living area with a queen-sized sofa-bed and galley kitchen. An additional sofa bed is available for extra guests.

On the upper level of the villa are 3 suites. These each have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in dressing room. All the suites have Blue-tooth speakers, safes and bathrooms. Hairdryers, bathrobes and toiletries are provided.

Westland Heights is located only a short drive from the various amenities and activities available on the West Coast. Royal Westmoreland, Sugar Hill Resort, Apes Hill Polo Club are a few minutes’ drive away, as well as shopping, dining options within Lime Grove and Holetown.
