There is a wrap-around veranda for additional space and shade. This accommodates the vaulting trunk of a Mahogany Tree on the Caribbean side.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and Bose stereo system. The house has wireless ADSL internet access and satellite television.

Fustic House has a totally unique and enchanting private swimming pool. This has been carved out of the coral ridge to form a private lagoon. It has been featured in many prestigious publications such as Vogue and Tatler.
