The two bedroom, two bathroom property is the first property at the far end of the world-famous Mullins Beach. You’ll have private beach access from this wonderful beach cottage. Just sink your toes into the warm sands at the bottom of your steps.

On the ground floor there is an open floor plan where the kitchen merges into the living space. This is fitted with a Smart TV and a comfortable expandable sofa. The sundeck is perfect for al-fresco dining. Alos great for sunbathing and/or entertaining. From the living room you can also access the guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 

Following the wooden staircase to the top floor you will find the master bedroom. This has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The master bedroom features a large balcony with expansive sea views. It is very airy, bright and spacious. The room features large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. There is a double dressing table unit with mirrors. There is also a desk that can be used for work or study.

The property has sufficient parking for two vehicles. There is also an adjacent service room/housekeeper’s quarters. This is fitted with a washing machine, drier and a shower.

Right across the road from Purple Rain is a petrol station. This has a fully stocked convenience store.​
