Anchorage is a 3 bedroom villa located at western end of the Sandy Lane Estate. It is surrounded by over an acre of  private manicured grounds.

The accommodation at Anchorage is on one level. It offers bright décor with comfortable furnishings throughout.

The property has vaulted ceilings, traditional Barbados mahogany furniture and coral stone combined with modern bamboo.

The security louvre shutters, open fully on the north and south side of the villa. This gives an open plan feel and access to the established, tropical gardens.  There is also a marble dining table to seat up to 12 people. In addition there is a well equipped kitchen.

Just off the living room is a cosy TV room with Cable/Satellite Channels. This may also be used as an office. This has a printer and a broadband connection.

The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned –
Bedroom 1 is the Master which has a king bed, double vanity, en-suite bathroom with large shower. Bedroom 2 has twin/king bed, and bathroom located opposite.
Bedroom 3 has twin/king bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower.

The large covered terrace overlooks the pool. It provides and al fresco dining area with a wrought iron table to seat 6 at one end. At the other end there is informal seating.

Anchorage has extensive grounds that feature eighteen different species of Palm Trees. The include two rare varieties.

The lush tropical gardens provide guests with both privacy, shade and a private pool ( 15' X 25' and 5' 6" at the deepest point). The gardener keeps the grounds in immaculate condition and it’s good to note Thursdays is mowing day !

The housekeeper at Anchorage is an excellent cook. She will prepare breakfast and a light lunch (other meals by arrangement). She will also take care of all the laundry.

As a guest at Anchorage you may access the facilities of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club. There are sunbeds, chairs, snack bar showers etc available there.

Anchorage also has a small private Cabana, which houses a fridge for cold drinks and guests' own six beach loungers and four chairs.

Anchorage is fully alarmed which is linked to a 24 hour monitoring station.
