Halle Rose is a surprisingly spacious, 6 bedroom residence. It is located near the West Ridge of the prestigious Sandy Lane estate. Halle Rose is perfect for families and gatherings of friends in a beautiful setting. It is close to the beach and with all modern amenities. It also comes with wonderful staff to take care of you.

Halle Rose sits on 2 ½ acres of land with gorgeous, tropical landscaped gardens and a lovely seascape backdrop. The stunning ocean views can be enjoyed from many aspects including the lovely swimming pool area. It has a sundeck that is furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas.

Halle Rose was completely refurbished in 2016 and combines old colonial charm with a modern design. The ground level is spacious and comfortably furnished. It leads to a wide terrace with a dining area overlooking the pool and gardens.

An open corridor flows invitingly, both left and right, from the terrace into the rest of the main house. The left hallway overlooks the pool and guides you past the two guest bedrooms followed by the master bedroom. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms.

The right hallway overlooks the gardens. It leads you to the grand dining area which is furnished with an antique mahogany table. This creates a focal point of the house. 

On the garden level you will find the new, ultra-modern kitchen and the well equipped fitness room.

There is a cottage with 2 bedrooms (both with double beds) that share a bathroom.

Guests have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Club beach facility with its fabulous beach, sunloungers and umbrellas. There is a bar service available at the beach club.
