Tradewinds is a luxury Barbados villa with staff. It is elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated. It offers all the facilities, fixtures and fittings you would expect in one of the finest properties on the Sandy Lane Estate.

The grounds of Tradewinds includes a curved walled entrance and electric gates at the entrance. A welcoming water feature with a small bridge over leads to the hallway. The driveway entrance to Tradewinds forks left and right. One to the side of the house for deliveries and the other to the front for visitors and guests. There is also a large double garage with sufficient parking for additional cars.  
      
To the left and right of Tradewinds' entrance hall are two large en-suite double bedrooms. Bedroom one includes a private terrace and a view of the golf course. Bedroom two includes double French doors. These lead directly onto the pool and decking area. Both bedrooms also include a dressing room area.  
 
The entrance hall also flows through to the main living room. This enjoys views of the golf course. There is access directly onto the pool and decking area. Here there is a gazebo and wet bar . This is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the Caribbean sun. 

Either side of the east hall at Tradewinds are bedrooms three and four. These have en-suite bathrooms, dressing room areas as well as arched windows. There are wonderful views of the golf course from here.

There is also a TV room and the covered dining room area.  
The fully air conditioned TV room is wired for surround sound and includes the latest audio and visual entertainment equipment. 

The covered dining room is located alongside the swimming pool and decking area. It is situated close to the well-equipped kitchen and provides a shady and cool setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.

The decking and dining areas also include indoor / outdoor tropical planters and kitchen garden areas.

Next to the kitchen are the staff quarters, which include a sleeping area for those who require 24-hour staff . There is also a toilet and shower facilities and a laundry room and covered drying area. 

The master bedroom suite at Tradewinds spans the entire top floor. It is reached via the beautiful wooden atrium staircase with decorative lighted recesses.

At the top of the stairs is an office area, which includes a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea via a large arched window. There is also a lockable door for added privacy and security.

The master bedroom has both east and west facing balconies. One of these includes a bar and provides breath taking views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Via the use of discreet foldaway lattice style doors you are kept cool by the continuous breeze day and night. At the same time you may still enjoy the fantastic views. For those who prefer air conditioning the balconies also include French doors. 

Holetown, with its lively atmosphere and plentiful bars, restaurants and shops is only as short distance away as are the beaches of St James.
