Phoenix is a beautiful 4-bedroom holiday rental villa. It is located within the much sought after Sandy Lane Estate, on the West Coast of Barbados.

This charming villa to rent in Barbados has been recently refurbished. Villa Phoenix sits on the top ridge of the Sandy Lane Estate at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. This holiday villa offers an unforgettable Barbados experience.

Villa Phoenix features four spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with air-conditioning. This villa would be ideal for families and a group of friends. The villa is designed with an open courtyard, this flows out to the large, covered terrace. On the terrace is a wet bar. The perfect spot for mixing a rum punch and watching the sun go down.

Villa Phoenix also features a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a rooftop lounge with Jacuzzi and sitting area. This provides an even more stunning view of the coastline.

Guests staying at Villa Phoenix may enjoy the complimentary facilities on the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club. Here you will find a small club house, beach loungers and parasols and you can purchase refreshments. Picnics may be enjoyed at the tables provided at the club.

The Sandy Lane estate is a residential leafy Estate in Barbados with mnay villas positioned arund the golf courses.
Close to the beach and just minutes from Holetown where you will find excellent shopping facilities. Banks, restaurants, a medical centre and beautiful west coast beaches are close by. There are a selection of beach bars and restaurants on the West Coast. There are also world class golf courses and tennis facilities available close by.
